1.3. Duplicate topics are not allowed. Post your topic once, in the correct section. If you accidentally post in the wrong section, use the Report feature to notify staff.

1.4. Bumping topics is only allowed in support or help sections and must include new and relevant information, no sooner than 24 hours after the last reply.

1.5. Reviving old or inactive topics (necroposting) is discouraged unless you are adding meaningful, constructive, and updated information.

1.6. If a download link or resource is unavailable, contact the original poster privately. Posting replies such as “link down” is considered spam.

1.7. Topic titles must be clear, descriptive, and relevant to the content of the post. Vague or misleading titles may be edited or removed.

2. Resource & Source Code Sharing

2.1. gaminghub.biz.id allows the sharing of source code, tools, resources, and educational materials across various platforms and projects.

2.2. Members must clearly describe shared resources, including purpose, compatibility, version, and usage instructions where applicable.

2.3. Proper credit must be given to original authors, developers, or rights holders whenever applicable.

2.4. Repackaging, reuploading, or claiming ownership of another person’s work without permission or attribution is prohibited.

2.5. Content containing malware, hidden backdoors, keyloggers, or intentionally harmful code is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate action.

2.6. All copyright, intellectual property rights, and legal responsibility for any content shared on gaminghub.biz.id remain solely with the original author or uploader of the post.

2.7. gaminghub.biz.id does not claim ownership of user-submitted content and shall not be held responsible for any copyright or intellectual property violations committed by individual users.

3. Signatures, Avatars, and User Profiles

3.3. Avatars must be appropriate and not offensive in nature.

3.4. Moderators reserve the right to remove or edit signatures, avatars, or profile content at their discretion.

3.5. All forum rules apply equally to posts, signatures, avatars, usernames, and profile content.

4. Language Policy

4.1. English must be used in all English-designated sections.

4.2. Non-English languages may be used only in designated international sections.

4.3. Exceptions may be granted for technical sections if an accurate English translation is provided.

5. General Forum Etiquette

5.1. Do not post using excessive capital letters, excessive emoticons, or formatting that makes posts difficult to read.

5.2. Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks of any kind are not tolerated.

5.3. Trolling, flaming, baiting, or intentionally provoking other members is prohibited.

5.4. Posting links to pornography, nudity, illegal content, or scams is strictly prohibited.

5.5. Referral links, affiliate links, or any content intended to generate personal profit are not allowed unless explicitly permitted.

5.6. Advertising is prohibited outside of designated advertising sections.

5.7. Backseat moderation is discouraged. Use the Report feature instead of engaging publicly.

5.8. Creating a new account to evade a ban or restriction is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.

5.9. Soliciting money, donations, or paid services via private messages or public posts without permission is not allowed.

5.10. Do not remove the original question or content from your post after it has been answered.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

6.1. Moderators and administrators have full authority to enforce these rules.

6.2. Disciplinary actions may include warnings, infractions, content removal, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

6.3. Moderator decisions are final and should not be publicly disputed.

6.4. Abuse of the report system or harassment of staff members may result in penalties.

7. Rule Violations & Appeals

7.1. Repeated violations may lead to escalating penalties.

7.2. Severe violations may result in immediate permanent bans without prior warning.

7.3. Members may appeal moderation actions by contacting an administrator or manager via private message, including a valid explanation and relevant links.

7.4. Do not contact the moderator who issued the action directly regarding appeals.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. These rules are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

8.2. Continued use of gaminghub.biz.id constitutes acceptance of these rules.

8.3. Respect staff decisions and help maintain a positive and collaborative community.
